The MoonThe moon is the new frontier, mostly for either businesses or adventurers. The planet has a little population, probably around 1,00 to 2,000 people. And these are permanent business owners. Those who attempt to live here are normally found dead. Roleplaying Information
EnvironmentEven though it is the future, the moon still doesn't have a functional atmosphere, meaning there is no way to breath without a helmet. Unless the area/space is stabilized, then it's nearly impossible to get around. Most who have settled here live in functional, conditioned areas with access security points, and functional air gaskets and gravity shields. NeighborhoodTechnically the moon doesn't have a 'neighborhood'. But it does have citizens or a small population. Everyone is separated and mind themselves, and competition is rough. Sometimes there are guild wars, which aren't very rare. And the law here isn't very stable or enforced. So you could easily get away with murder if you wanted to. But even small things as such come in a price.. Roleplay-able AreasThere aren't really must-roleplay areas here. But there are certain go-to spots or 'destinations'. These are buisnesses, or simple black-market areas. The following are some you may seek as 'interesting' Death ValleyA small industrial, and one of the only towns on the moon with an actual mayor. The law is enforced here, but it doesn't mean it's safe! [Slightly Fortifications][Low Grade Security]Ricky's JunkyardSafely the only junkyard in the Solar System, and the moon. Tinker's Junkyard holds the 'cover' title to it's name. But secretly the owner is a tinker, and will make things for pay. This includes weaponry advancements and ship upgrades. But the owner's specialty is robots. The owner's identity is strictly confidential. The owner isn't Ricky, because that was the previous owner's name. The complex it's self is on and under the surface of the mood. The Junkyard part is on the top, while the rest is build inside the moon. [Medium Fortifications] [More-than-Average Security]
Richmond Mining Co.
The place really isn't a mining factory, but it is the prime-time black market area on the moon. It's popular, and hard to take down. Many space-cops have attempted to shut the place down, but it's so densely protected that it's nearly impossible to take down. [Medium Fortifications] [More-than-Average Security]

Approaching Richmond Mining Co.: "I really hate coming here..." The small dragon bot nuzzles the side of his master's helmet. The action was greeted by Max moving his hand up to gently rub the dragon's head. Max's voice is slightly muffled by the breathing apparatus. "I know Cannon, but we'd never get these parts on Earth." "Stupid humans and their laws..." Under the breathing mask Max smiles at Cannon's remark and adjusts the strap of his bag over his shoulder.
About half an hour later inside: Max removes his helmet holding it beneath his left arm, revealing his goggles pulled down over his eyes and a piece of cloth over his mouth and nose. Cannon scurries down Max's back to hide in his bag where he watches the rest of the people. Down to business... He waits to be approached by one of the merchants as usual.

The Moon -Richmond Mining Co.
The cavern-like room was full of agitated customers and busy merchants. People selling drugs, rip-off food, and many other things. Near the back, in a stand in the back of the Black Market area, a dirty metal sign read 'Ricky's Robotics'. At first, it stuck out from the rest of the stands, since it was all metal rather than wood. It also looked like a casual store built into the wall, and threw the display window various metal gears, computer supplies, and other things. Whatever or whoever owned the place, they sure were into Robotic Engineering....

After a couple of minutes a shadowy but small figure approaches Max. The figures voice is distorted. "You got the credits?" Max flashes a thin piece of flat crystal with 2K glowing on it. "Let's see it." The figure's pale yellow glowing eyes suddenly widen upon glimpsing the credit slip. "Right." They hand over a couple of cylinders. Max slides the top of one of the cylinders open. Seemingly satisfied he reseals the cylinder and checks the second one. "Good. Here." He gently tosses the credit slip to the figure. The figure catches it and stashes it somewhere in their hood before running off. Max reseals the second cylinder and slides them both into his bag. Still in the bag Cannon coils his tail around them both and continues watching people. One last thing... Max looks around at the various stalls. Not going there again... Heh, they call that tech? That stuff's practically stone age... Hmmm... One more caught his attention. Ricky's Robotics? Certainly looks better than the rest here... A thief who saw Max flash the credit slip attempts to sneak his hand into Max's bag. Cannon bites the fingers of the thief who quietly recoils somehow managing to stop himself from screaming. He he, bad thief... Max approaches looking in the window briefly as he passes through the doorway.

Inside the shop was littered with all sort of things. Computer Parts, Gears and Coils, odd looking weapons and guns, and many other things. Shelves full. In the back was a counter, primarily the cash register, and a door that lead to the back room. Then on a mat near the counter was a sleeping dog. But it wasn't a normal dog, it was a robot dog. It looked extremely advanced, but made from things you'd find in a junkyard. It wasn't a sloppy job, but the dog was rusty. A small glow of red could be seen here and there between cracks in it's metal outer layer.

Max starts looking around at the various parts. "Looks like the owner of this shop has a pet." Cannon whispers and points a claw out of the bag at the dog asleep next to the counter. "Reminds me of the dog I had as a kid." Max whispers to Cannon. Looking about again and still seeing no one Max calls out. "Hello? Anyone here?"

Suddenly, a masked person would come swishing from the back room. A small glimpse on the inside was for a short second, and it looked like a tinkers workshop. The dog would start barking, and the person leans on the counter. "Lugbolt!" a female voice would holler. The dog would bark one more time, then sitting up on his mat. "Anyways.. Welcome to Ricky's Robotics, how may I help you?" The female would flip the mask off with a metal hand, which had joint bolts on the elbow and upper arm. Behind the mask would be a green eyed, red-ish blond chick. Late teens, and covered in fire scorch marks. There weren't a burns, but the blackness from the aftermath was visible.

Max doesn't flinch as she runs in and the dog barks. "Hi. Nice shop you've got here. Do you have a crystal core A57 processor and a compression regulator for sale?" Max decides to make himself look a little friendlier and pulls his goggles up onto his head but leaves the cloth in place. "The regulator would have to be able to compress up to 32 tonnes. I won't be surprised if you don't have one of those as they are usually in very short supply in this half of the galaxy."
((Just a little note: Max's eyes don't reflect light like human eyes. I didn't fancy writing a wall of descriptive just to fit in that detail... ))

((Oki! Thanks for pointin' that out!))
"I have some Crystal Core Processors on the shelf to your left." The female points out, poining a metal finger to the shelves next to Max. "And, surprisingly, I might have some compression regulators in the back. If you give a reasonable price I might sell one or two." she says. The female studied Max, noticing something weird about his eyes. Interesting.. she thinks. Mechanical Engineering possibly.. "If you want, you can come on back you can take a look at 'em. See if there what your looking for." she then offered, going to the side of the counter and opening the small door to get behind the counter. Lugbolt, the dog, went trotting in like it was none of his buisness.

Max looks mildly surprised but still doubts there would be one powerful enough. Looking at the shelf he spots the processor he was after, he picks it up and studies it for a short while, once again satisfied he keeps hold of it and follows her out the back. "You may have saved me a long trip." He smiles unaware that she has noticed his eyes. Cannon sits silent in the bag but keeps his eyes on the lady, perhaps a little skeptical.

"Well, here's the workshop! Then the Storage Room is behind that." The girl said, opening the room to reveal an even larger room. The entire room was large, many workbenches, many tools scattered around unorganized, Robot parts actually organized on racks. A smaller robot seemed to be under construction, the small robot's front open with it's gears visible. The girl passed threw the room, then opened another room to the Storage room. "Sorry about the mess, I was fixin to clean it up." The girl says, rubbing the back of her head and smiling brightly. "This is the smaller workshop, the one over at the Junkyard is bigger." she says.

Max doesn't comment and instead heads right for the storage room. She thinks this is a mess she should see Max's lab... The dragon bot keeps his head down in the bag. "Where are the regulators?" Max secretly wants to see the bigger workshop but keeps quiet and focused on getting what he came for.

Outside the Ricky's Robotics airlock of Richmond Mining Co. (inside an anonymous freighter):
"This looks like the right spot," Pyria mumbles to herself as she begins docking procedures. If the customer has the money, this shipment of robotics parts should pay for a decent shield generator to be installed.
About half an hour later inside Richmond Mining Co. close to Ricky's Robotics:
Pyria mostly ignores the many stares her appearance attracts as she floats up to the front of the shop with a hover pallet of robotics parts behind her. You'd think these people never saw a race that didn't develop clothing before space travel in their lives... or is it the flames for hair that is drawing their attention, she thinks to herself as she enters Ricky's Robotics to notice no-one at the counter.

-[ Lugbolt ]-
The robotic dog would raise it's head to the new arriving person. Lugbolt barked once, twice, thrice, and kept barking. Lugbolt wished he could talk, which Tink had been promising for a long time. The dog stopped barking suddenly, which it sat up and began to look at the female.
-[ Tink ]-
"There he goes again, barking like a fraggin' maniac!" Tink threw her hands up into the air, Lugbolt had been yapping lately. Maybe she should check some of the gears later. She turned to Max. "Can I trust you not to steal any of my stuff while I tend to Lugbolt?" She asked. "Probably another customer, it won't take me a minute." Tink didn't wait for a reply, which she rushed threw the doors and, in no time, came bursting out of the back room to intercept a female customer. "Welcome to Ricky's Robotics, how may I help you?"
