COMPLETE
Name: Shas'El T'au Lur'tae'mon Monat
Alias: Name roughly translates to "Fire Cast Noble of T'au Shellshock Freedom of the One", insists on being referred to as "Shellshock".
Race: Tau Fire Caste (Warhammer 40,000)
Homeworld: T'au (Creation not needed)
Age: 127 Terran Years
Gender: Male
Dimensions:
Shellshock's Height/Weight; 2 Meters (6 Feet) Tall, weighs 115 Kilograms (230 Pounds)
XV104 "Riptide" Battlesuit's Height/Weight; 5.6 Meters (16.8 Feet) Tall, weighs 10 Tonnes
Special Ability:
XV104 Battlesuit; Shellshock is the pilot of a "Riptide" model battlesuit equipped with heavy armaments and a limited-mobility jetpack. This towering suit has full life support capabilities and is neurally-linked via cranial implants to his body. If one damages the suit, he'll feel it. This suit changes Shellshock's statistics to it's own while he is piloting it. These changes are as follows;
Strength - 10
Dexterity - 4
Healing - 1 (No Natural healing of suit damage. Linkage inflict similar, lesser wounds on Shellshock which cannot be healed until he leaves the suit)
Endurance - 10
Weapons:
Shellshock's Weapons;
Rail Rifle - An extremely accurate magnetic accelerator gun, Shellshock's rifle is quite powerful and can hold any correctly-sized magnetic material as ammuniton, most often firing anti-personnel darts. However, due to the immense energy required per shot, the battery must be changed after each pull of the trigger. This renders it only useful as a sniping weapon... but hey; at least it's silent.
Battlesuit's Weapons;
Fusion Blasters - A pair of devices perhaps best described as "Anti-Tank Shotguns", the Fusion Blasters mounted in the suit's chest utilize a brief blast of solar-level heat to vaporize chunks of enemy armour. Due to the close-range nature of this weapon, and the brief charge-up period, infantry will find it easy to avoid.
Heavy Burst Cannon - A rapid-fire, multi-barrelled weapon analogous to a terran autocannon, the Burst Cannon fires a barrage of high-velocity plasma at a withering rate. Due to the small size of the projectiles and their incindiary nature, it's usage against vehicles is limited.
Riptide Shield Generator - A personal shield device, this generator produces a barrier over the right arm of the suit which can deflect most forms of attack. Susceptible to overloading from EMP weapons and overheating from incindiary weapons.
Smart Missile Systems - A pair of missile pods mounted atop the battlesuit's shoulders, the missiles are semi-autonomous seeking missiles capable of identifying prior-tagged enemy targets and automatically-acquiring them if blind-fired. More for flushing out enemies than dealing meaningful damage.

Profile:
Visual Description; A member of the Tau race, Shellshock is a tall, blue-skinned (and blooded) alien with a large hole where most would have a nose. His legs end in cloven hooves, and his cybernetically-modified hands end with three, mechanical fingers. His features are proud and masculine, even by human standards, and many scars adorn his body. He has eschewed the normal practice of tying one's hair in a ponytail in favour of shaving it off for convenience's sake. Although very strong, he appears to be rather slow and not too terribly keen of sight.
Personality; Always looking to spread the concept of the Greater Good to more beings, Shellshock sees his current predicament as more of an opportunity than anything. Outside of spreading his philosophy, he is a very calm and simple man; enjoying the company of his many "sons and daughters" that compose his ship's crew, seeing no difference between the races. After all, a man is still a man, if he be blue, pink, or green. It makes no difference. Since arriving in this dimension, he has taken to breaking Tau custom in the name of survival and working with the Earth Caste on his ship directly in designing and constructing equipment, this has lead to his forces having extremely advanced equipment, even compared to the empire they are a splinter group from. Alcohol, notably, only serves to make him that much more creative; in and out of the battlefield. If he's swirling a glass of bourbon chances are he's planning something.
History; Born on the Tau homeworld, Shellshock is a very old man by Fire Caste standards; having seen hundreds of skirmishes across the milky way, his milky way, and fought against all manner of hellish monstrosities to help protect his people. It was only when his vessel was volunteered to make a manned test of new Tau warp-travel technology that this would change. The FTL device exploded during the test, opening for a brief moment a hole in reality and violently pulling the Forgotten and it's crew through... closing behind them. When the crew awakened, they found themselves in a very different galaxy; one not ravaged by war, under no looming threat from "Dark Gods", Biological machines, or marauding extragalactic devourers of life. They had found a galaxy willing to listen, and began to spread their beliefs in a "Greater Good", the idea that all should work for the benefit of their fellow beings... knowing full well that their numbers would result in their species dying off after only five generations, with the queen-based Vespinds and humans that seemed to have counterparts in this realm long outlasting their Tau and Kroot compatriots, if not flourishing.
Other Data:
Pets; Shellshock does not keep pets.
Weaknesses; Due to his neural link, damaging Shellshock's battlesuit will cause him immense physical pain and, when he is piloting it, create sympathetic wounds. Outside of this, he is notably vulnerable in a melee battle as Tau forces rarely train for such a situation. It is recommended to get up close and personal and waylay him while he's reloading, this goes for the battlesuit as well.

Vessel Name: The Forgotten
Vessel Class: Or'es El'leath-class Battleship
Crew: 100 Tau (25 Air Caste, 30 Earth Caste, 45 Fire Caste) and 50 Auxilliary Races (10 Gue'Vesa {Human}, 20 Kroot, 20 Vespind). Total: 150.
Armament and Equipment:
Deflector-type Gravitc Sheath; A large, wedge-shaped power shift of the vessel's normal Gravitic Sheath used for movement, the Deflector uses extremes in gravity generation to forcefully move rounds away from the vessel or, at least, slow them down to reduce the damage they cause.
Heavy Ion Cannons; Firing bursts of relativistically-aggitated subatomic particles, the vessel's primary, forward-mounted twin guns are the epitome of a gambler's weapon. The projectiles are not exceedingly accurate, nor extremely fast to reload, but are capable not only of dealing extreme damage to unshielded vessels, but also working wonders for breaking shielding.
Railgun Batteries; High-powered quad-barreled turrets used for anti-attacker combat, the Forgotten's Railguns spew out an exceedingly accuract burst of fire. However, the overall firerate suffers greatly, as each of the four (two starboard, two port) batteries require a long recharge time between burst of fire, forcing the vessel to rely heavily upon the limited escort it brought with it from the homeworld.

Schematics:
Exterior;
A large vessel enigmatic of 20th-century human "flying saucer" depiction of alien vessels, the Forgotten is a wid and long vessel that is thin by the standards of most ships of similar class, giving it a distinct ray-like profile. To either side of the frontal cockpit there are mounted a pair of extremely large gun, while mirrored on the top and underside of the vessel are four quad-barrelled railgun batteries to either side. The exterior paintjob of the vessel is primarily white, with blue symbols and detailing across high-relief areas.
Interior;
Designed much like the interior of a submarine, the Forgotten's crew quarters spare no excessive room or lighting, with a cozy gloom and feeling of closeness for it's inhabitants. The main crew area is, however, thankfully spacious and has genuine grass growing along the floor, in addition to hydroponics and a small animal farm for the benefit of the human, kroot, and vespind members of the crew who require meat in their diet. Shellshock also seems to have decided it needed to construct a human-style "Tiki Bar".
Tactical Weaknesses;
Due to it's large surface area, slow speed (roughly one fifth that of standard FTL drives), and frontal-focused shields, the Forgotten is extremely vulnerable to a direct attack from above or below. This is further made a point with the ship's comparatively thin armour when placed alongside other vessels of it's size and armament, the quartette of railgun batteries and limited escort vessels being it's only defence against such attacks.
